In Philadelphia, PA, USA, an important decision on Internet commerce by a U.S. appeals court, the federal Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 has been ruled constitutional. This ruling could serve as a wake up call to all of those out there with any thoughts that the online gambling prohibition will be resolved sooner than later.
