Midnight
Slang for 12 - or a bet that the next roll will be 12.
Miss
When the shooter trys to make his point - but instead rolls a seven the shooter is said to Miss. Then the control of the dice is transferred to the next shooter in line. This is also called miss out, seven out, or sevening out. This is also often incorrectly called crap out.
Miss Out
When the shooter rolls a seven after a point has been established he is said to Miss Out. The control of the dices is passed on to the next shooter in liner. To Miss out is also sometimes just called miss - seven out, or sevening out. This is also sometimes incorrectly refereed to as crap out.
