In this version of free Baccarat, the objective is to guess whether the dealer's or the player's hand will win. The player bets on a single or combination of three different bets - player, dealer or tie. If the player hand wins, the player bet pays even money. If the dealer hand wins, the dealer hand pays even money, minus a 5% house commission. In the case of a tie, the tie bet pays 9 for 1. Bets are returned to the player should there be a tie between the hands. Both the player and dealer are dealt two cards each. If either has 8 or 9, there are no more cards dealt. If the player's hand is worth less than five, a third card is dealt. The values of the cards of each of the hands are summed and compared in order to determine the winner.
Calculations are made as follows: The numbers 2 until 9 have their usual numerical values. 10, Jack, Queen and King are all considered the value of 0, and ace is considered a 1. Should the combined sum be higher than 10, then 10 is subtracted. To begin play, players click on any of the five denomination chips ($1, $5, $10, $20, $100) and then place their wager by clicking on the corresponding field on the baccarat table. Players then click the DEAL button to start playing. Once the game is completed, players may press the REBET button to repeat the previous bet, or they can begin the process again by placing another bet.
