Ålands Penningautomatförening or PAF is a Finnish company that operates a legal gambling monopoly on the Åland Islands, Finland. PAF also has an Internet-based gambling and gaming operation, in addition to operating and maintaining casino and gaming activities on a large number of cruiseferries. A recent move by PAF sees Parlay Entertainment a Canadian firm being replaced by Swedish games developer Proactive Gaming as its games supplier. A new bingo product "Parlay5" is also going to be handled by Proactive beginning next year after the Parlay Entertainment contract expires. Kim Johansson PAF’s Head of Games commented on the new partnership saying together they, "hope to develop the industry’s best bingo product.”

The CEO for Proactive Gaming Paul Burman looks at the new arrangement as a "relationship very much a match made in heaven." Burman calls PAF a "dream partner" calling the online casino "a standard bearer for great customer care, their profit goes to public good and they have a deep experience of gaming.”

Proactive Gaming is a gaming technology development firm based in Sweden.
