Amaya Takes Online Gambling By a Storm

The online gambling industry has been changing rapidly over the last few years. The businesses that are being created are being fine tuned and honed to make them efficient and legally compliant. The world was stunned by the recent purchase of international online gambling operator Rational Group for billion the outstanding value of over $4 billion dollars by Canadian Internet gambling company Amaya Gaming.

The deal has made new inroads for the Full Tilt and Poker Stars brands in the USA which will give the company a chance to enter the market there. Previously Full Tilt and Poker Stars were excluded from the market there when Nevada enacted ‘the bad actor’clause. The deal, announced in June, received regulatory approval just last week.
