Online Gambling Solutions Playtech Launches On Ladbrokes

Playtech the online gambling software provider has announced it will launch its first omni-channel HTML5 front end solution with British book Ladbrokes. The firm’s Sports HTML5 solution will allow players to access both desktop and mobile gambling offerings. Players will have access to all content across all channels, with a response on any device utilizing just one financial solution and account.

The ‘Playtech ONE’ omni-channel solution and the recent launch of the Playtech sports book mobile platform has given players at Ladbrokes a simple to navigate and comprehensive offering. It offers a personalised accumulator feature, and quick links that allow immediate access to sporting highlights and bonuses.

Andrew Bagguley, Ladbrokes digital managing director commented, “We’ve developed and now delivered this new desktop platform with a combined team approach and in less than a year we have a very strong, joined up sportsbook proposition which we believe is the quickest and easiest customer experience in the market, across all digital devices,” Bagguley continued,  “Delivering this adaptive experience allows us to empower the customer to engage with our digital product however and wherever they want with no experiential compromises for any channel.”

Playtech  Liron Snir, vice-president of product at Playtech also commented, “A fully responsive desktop and mobile front-end solution is just the beginning of much more omni-channel ‘Playtech ONE’ activity we have planned in partnership with Ladbrokes.” Snir also said, “We very much look forward to continuing our journey in partnership with Ladbrokes and helping them with the rapid growth of their digital business.” Playtech’s new NGen system, supports the new platform which is capable of transmitting large volumes of data across sporting events happening at the same and the thousands of wagering opportunities available.

Playtech, through its Mobenga subsidiary, has been working with Ladbrokes since early 2013 and is continuing to drive more digital customers to the Ladbrokes location. Ladbrokes mobile sports book has seen the number of active users up 62% since January.
