Tempobet Online Gambling Secures German Basketball Deal

Extending the reach of an online gambling operator requires advertizing and media exposure. Sponsorships by various online gambling firms are a major source of revenue for sports organizations and teams around the world.

One online gambling operator Tempobet has been in the internet betting news for some time now documenting the company efforts to get noticed. A few weeks ago in August the sports book announced it had become an official regional betting partner of English Premier League football club Manchester City.  Tempobet was created in 2007 and it offers sports betting, casino gaming, virtual games, binary options and lottery. Then not long after the firm continued claiming a deal with another English Premier League team Middlesbrough. Tempobet is also sponsoring other Premier League clubs, as well as Spanish Liga big league participants Barcelona and Real Madrid football clubs. Damian Willoughby, vice-president director of partnerships (Asia-Pacific) for the Man City Football Group commented,  “Tempobet are a world-leading gambling company with an extensive presence in the Asia-Pacific region, where our fan base continues to grow.”

Broadening the sports book’s advertizing reach Tempobet has also moved to make connections with the sport of basketball a deal with German Euroleague Basketball team Brose Bamberg. The advertizing agreement is being called innovative and involves the 15 regular-season home games opportunity for the firm to place ads on the perimeter billboards.

Tempobet’s managing director Mark Clayton commented that the arrangement will give the brand significant exposure in a number of different countries. Adding, “I’m delighted to have secured this advertising. Basketball is a hugely popular sport with both our existing customers and among potential ones, and the opportunity to be the only sports book on the billboards in Germany was too good to miss.”

“Having one deal that gives us simultaneous coverage in multiple European territories with audiences of many millions at the same time will help take us to the next level.”
