C.E.S. PULLS ANOTHER GOOD DEAL

Skilljam for GSN's "The Network for Games"

C.E.S. Software plc, a company driven by Internet gambling pioneer and Cryptologic founder Andrew Rifkin pulled off the latest in a series of major deals this week.

One of its wholly owned subsidiaries, SkillJam Technologies Corporation ("SkillJam"), has entered into an agreement to provide pay-for-play games to GSN, The Network for Games.

Jointly owned by Sony Pictures Entertainment and Liberty Media Corporation, GSN is the only U.S. television network dedicated to game-related programming and interactive game playing. It features game shows, reality series, light sports, documentaries and casino games.

GSN features 84 hours per week of interactive programming, giving viewers a chance to win prizes by playing on GSN's televised games. The network is distributed in the U.S. through all major cable systems and satellite providers, and reaches 56 million Nielsen homes.

In terms of the agreement, SkillJam will build, host and manage a private-label skill-gaming platform for GSN. This will allow it to offer pay-for-play games, downloadable games and fantasy sports over its network. For the first time, GSN users will have the ability to compete against each other in popular games of skill for cash and prizes.

Lorne Abony, Chief Executive Officer of CES, commented: "Our agreement with GSN represents a substantial expansion opportunity for CES, and will help us augment our distribution and presence in the regulated marketplace".
