MOBILE WALLET FROM CITADEL AND PHANTOM FIBER
Citadel Commerce selects Phantom for global project
Phantom Fiber's mobile technology received another business endorsement this week
when e-commerce payment solutions provider, Citadel signed a five-year license
agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, Citadel will use Phantom Fiber's
advanced wireless platform to extend its myCitadel payment service to mobile customers
with support capability for more than a thousand mobile devices worldwide.
Customers will be able to download the mobile wallet application to their cellular
device and fund their myCitadel account while on the move - all without having
to replenish their account through an Internet-connected PC. Fees for the mobile
wallet application will be based on usage and a revenue share arrangement has
been established between the companies.
Michael Meeks, President of Citadel Commerce Corp. said, "The extension of

partner to enable our products for a global audience, on the broadest set of devices,
with a proven solution based on the strength of gaming partners and clients. Phantom
Fiber was a perfect fit.”
Citadel is a part of the ESI group of companies, which also includes ESI Integrity
and PlayLine, providing product based services to over 20 international government
lotteries, to international horse racing hubs, and to much of the Internet gaming
industry.
