Investec Derby Festival and William Hill Enter Partnership Deal

William Hill a classic betting firm in its own right will partner with one of England’s classic events the Investec Derby Festival. The five year contract deal will see William Hill as the Festival’s official betting partner that will offer the fine service that William Hill has provided to customers for decades. Mobile betting will be offering services through the Epsom Downs iPhone Application.

The man in charge at William Hill, CEO, Ralph Topping, commented on the classic partnership, “We have been impressed with Epsom’s intent to work together in partnership to grow betting revenues around the Investec Derby Festival. The Derby is a historical and much-loved event and it deserves its mantle as the uppermost of all Flat races within the calendar. We are confident that over time this commercial arrangement will see us drive turnover upwards, to provide even greater returns for Racing and punters.”

Along with, the Epsom Downs iPhone application, the partnership will see cross-promotion across the two brands and betting with available in the traditional kiosk betting shop and via computer on the net plus a micro site for placing wagers at
