Booming Scottish bingo market to get a specialised site
UK bingo operator Think Bingo has identified the booming Scots market as
the place to be with their bingo product.
The company has launched a new site, branded Bingo Scotland that is designed
to service the rapidly growing Scottish bingo market and is claimed to be "the
world’s first regional bingo site." It looks as if the operators are
serious about the new venture...it is claimed that a six-figure marketing budget
aimed mainly at the Scottish newspapers is planned.
“We believe Scotland is big enough and passionate enough about bingo to support
its own site,” Dylan Schlosberg, a spokesman for the site’s owners
Independent Technology Ventures, said revealing that almost 20 percent
of Think Bingo’s existing 40,000 players are from Scotland.
