UNIQUE RNG PATENTED
RNG technology claims built in fraud detection and mathematical proof of integrity
of the process.
A new name surfaced in the industry this week when Szrek2Solutions announced that
it now holds a US patent for "a method of generating unpredictable and auditable
random numbers"
Quoting their US Patent number 6,934,846, the company revealed that several international
patents have also been requested.
The method offers "...a unique Random Numbers Generation with verification
of random results, utilizing asymmetric encryption technology (public/private
key) to digitally sign game data and produce a unique random number set. The digital
signature used in the process can be "decoded" at any subsequent point
in time to recreate and verify both the number set and the associated game data."
Szrek2Solutions have already applied the new technology to two products: an animated
electronic drawing machine, and a high performance random number server for instant
games. Both products mathematically prove that the generated bet or draw outcomes
are valid, not substituted, that the results were generated at the precise time,
on the specific hardware and using a correct game matrix.
The products are currently operational with the Danish Lottery, Dansk Tipstjeneste,
for the generation of play outcomes for their internet instant games and audit
purposes to the stringent standards of the Danish Gaming Board. Fraudulent game
outcomes can be detected any time after the draw, minutes or years later, even
if the attacker has a full access to RNG software and hardware.
Betware, a private company based in Iceland and focused on interactive platforms
for new media, collaborated with Szrek on the project.
