NEW BOSS FOR BOSS MEDIA

Peter Bertilsson's successor appointed

The Board of Directors of Boss Media has appointed Johan Berg as the new President of Boss Media. The 46-year-old brings with him 20 years of experience in the software industry and a vast knowledge of the market's needs, a company announcement says.

Berg has wide management experience of the software industry. For the past 13 years, he has worked at Intentia, where his positions included President of Intentia Benelux, manager for Intentia's establishment of an international distributor network for South America, Eastern and Central Europe and head of Intentia's product development company.

For the last year and a half with Intentia, he acted as Deputy CEO, with global responsibility for partner strategy and service organization.

Bj�rn Nordstrand, current chairman of Boss Media AB, said: "Johan Berg's experience in the software industry will constitute a significant strengthening of resources for the continued development and growth of Boss Media. In just a few years, Boss Media has advanced from being a gaming operator to a leading systems supplier in a rapidly growing market for digitally distributed gaming entertainment. This is a position that will now be further strengthened."
