CLEARING THE AIR ON CHINESE POKER
New site corrects misconceptions about an increasingly popular game
Misinformation regarding the game of "Chinese Poker" is prevalent
on the Internet, claims a press release just in from gambling expert Daniel
Fong, who claims that websites offering information on Chinese Poker make
glaring errors in the rules of play, and in some cases even confuse it with another
game entirely.
Fong intends to correct this with a new website Chinese Poker faq.com with
content that provides concise information on Chinese Poker on the Internet.
"I made Chinese Poker FAQ because I really enjoy Chinese Poker, and after
searching for information on the web, I was truly disgusted with what I found,"
says Fong. "One website I came across said that 'Chinese Poker is played
with a standard 52 card deck and 13 cards are dealt to each player'. They are
correct in this regard, but they then went on to say that the game 'can be played
with up to 6 players.' Tell me how can you deal 6 people 13 cards each... out
of a 52 card deck?"
The site content features rules, history, strategy and places to play Chinese
Poker.
