Prospectus reveals that top exec Vivian Imerman is to join the board and invest in the companys upcoming IPO
Top London-based businessman Vivian Imerman (49) is about to take up the position of chairman at online casino gambling group Crystal Gaming, according to the companys prospectus out this week....and there are reports that he may be buying a ten percent share in the company.
Crystal Gaming operates a large number of online and m-gaming casinos and is rumoured to be about to launch a GBP 140 million IPO on the London AIM exchange with Seymour Pierce as advisers.
South African born Imerman has been active in European business for the last decade or more and is reputed to be worth over GBP 400 million. He is the principal shareholder in the Whyte and MacKay whisky group in Scotland and enjoyed a successful business career in foods before selling the Del Monte group to Italian Cirio company for GBP 380 million in 1999.
A spokesman for Crystal Gaming Online Casino Group referred enquirers to the prospectus but would give no information regarding a possible listing date.
