CRYSTAL GAMING ONLINE CASINO IPO DATE ANNOUNCED
An end to weeks of speculation...
Crystal Gaming group, probably the biggest online casino operator using Real Time Gaming software has announced plans to list on London's Alternative Investment Market (AIM) on 25 November 2005. For the past several weeks the forthcoming IPO, originally estimated at GBP 140 million has been the subject of intense speculation regarding a date and valuation.
The issue price is yet to be confirmed by the Isle Of Man-incorporated online casino operator through its nominated advisor and broker Seymour Pierce Limited. The company said its customers would be predominantly from the U.S. and South Africa.
The move follows last week's announcement that top London-based businessman Vivian Imerman was to take up the position of chairman at Crystal Gaming with a ten percent buy-in to the company.
