LADBROKES TO GET MAHJONG MANIA SOFTWARE

Multiplayer Mahjong launched by Mahjong Systems Limited

Montreal-based Mahjong Systems Limited, a subsidiary of public company Dynasty Gaming Inc. has announced that its Mahjong Mania software has been integrated and is now live on Ladbrokes, one of the world's largest bookmakers and operator of a leading online casino site.

The installation provides MSL with a licensing fee and an ongoing share of rake revenue from each game played on the Ladbrokes online gaming site.

MSL President Adriaan Brink commented, "Our goal as the supplier of multiplayer Mahjong to established online gaming operators is to partner
with those who have the best reach in our target markets. Ladbrokes, with its large Asian customer base is an important player in that space and we
are very excited to be working with them."

By virtue of its origin, Mahjong is considered by many to be the national game of China and it is the most widely played gambling game in the world.

Mahjong Mania is the first-to-market version of an aggregate play, cash-wager version of online mahjong.

Brink added: "Over the last few months MSL has signed a number of licensing contracts with various online casinos and sports book operators and we are
optimistic that several more contracts will be signed in Q1 2006. "
