First foray into online bingo market for gambling group
Gaming technology firm St Minver has inked a deal with Littlewoods Gaming to supply the betting firm with a white-label online bingo service.
The deal will see Littlewoods Gaming join St Minver's UK bingo network, which already includes customers like Yahoo! Games, Virgin Games, Lastminute.com and Wanadoo. LittlewoodsBingo.com will join this network as a fully managed, bespoke branded bingo game under St Minver's Gibraltar gaming licence.
Ian Penrose, CEO of Sportech, the parent company of Littlewoods Gaming, said: "Bingo players want to have fun with brands they know and trust. By leveraging the Littlewoods brand, we aim to broaden the company's reach into the marketplace and look to establish LittlewoodsBingo.com as a leading UK bingo website."
The move represents Littlewoods first foray into online bingo, and gives the brand an opportunity to capture a share of a lucrative female gaming audience.
