EMPIRE POKER RE-JOINING THE PARTY

Online poker room Empire Poker comes home

The card room Partypoker was offline for just over 5 hours this week, and when it was once again fully operational sister poker room Empire Poker had been fully integrated.

When Party Poker launched its new site (see previous Online-Casinos.com reports) several skins, including Empire Poker which at the time was owned by Empire Online group were left out in the cold, triggering some acrimonious exchanges that almost led to litigation.

All was resolved when Party Poker acquired Empire Poker from owner Noam Lanir in a $250 million deal.
