Alistair Assheton, CEO of the fast-expanding Leisure and Gaming group announced the appointment of a new finance chief this week.
Josh Joshi has been appointed to the board of Leisure & Gaming as finance director with immediate effect, and was previously group financial director at the pan-European datacentre TeleCity.
Assheton said he was delighted to welcome Joshi on board. "He brings with him solid publicly listed company experience, particularly in merger and acquisition activity and investor relations, and will play a key role in driving Leisure & Gaming's growth through organic and acquisitive growth in the online gaming market" he said. "I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Martin Clifford-King who has been acting in a consultancy role assisting the company's finance team."
