Cantor Gaming behind online gambling venture by top men's magazine
Cantor G&W International L.P ("Cantor Gaming"), a consultant
and provider of online and mobile gaming services has launched 'FHM
Casino' on FHM Gaming.com in partnership with leading media group
Emap plc.
The new online casino site offers the most favoured casino games including blackjack
and roulette, backed by round-the-clock Support and a fully operating back-end
system that includes effective customer age and location verification, online
payment processing, customer services and full legal and regulatory approvals.
A subsidiary of Emap, FHM.com is the leading men's lifestyle site in the UK
with 2 million unique users notching up 35 million page impressions a month.
FHM's wider audience also includes 2.9 million magazine readers around the world;
1.4 million viewers of FHM Music TV and 500,000 unique users on FHM Mobile.
FHM mobile TV launched in March 2006 and is the UK's most successful mobile
TV launch to date.
FHM Casino is the first in what Cantor Gaming anticipates will be a series of
partnerships with leading brands in a range of sectors such as media, sports
and consumer products sectors before the end of 2006. It follows the launch
of Cantor Gaming's own-brand casino in September of 2005. Cantor is an affiliate
of the well known global financial services company, Cantor Fitzgerald
Cantor spokesmen said that the provider's online casino product is specifically
designed with larger companies, media groups and influential brands in mind,
including companies that wish to leverage their brand whilst complying with
US law; Cantor Gaming is licensed in Alderney and out of respect of the US Department
of Justice's position regarding online gambling in the US does not accept customers
from the United States.
The company will focus on delivering its casino product to FHM, with parent
