NEW IPO REPORT FROM RIVER CITY GROUP
All you ever wanted to know about online gambling public listings, and then
some...
River City Group has completed a comprehensive report about publicly traded
companies in the online gambling space and is now making this available to the
public.
Titled "I-gaming Public Offerings," the report spans 296 pages
and has been specifically designed to meet the informational need of investors
as well as company owners and shareholders.
River City says that in compiling "I-gaming Public Offerings",it has
tried to create business and financial profiles of all of the public companies
who deal with remote gambling.
These companies come from a diverse range of global markets, including the London
Stock Exchange and Alternative Investment
Market, the Toronto Stock Exchange and Venture Exchange Network, the Vienna Stock
Exchange, the Stockholm Stock Exchange, the Australian Stock Exchange, the New
York Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq. Data for 97 public companies has been assembled,
and for each a profile has been constructed that contains essential information
about products and services, history and background, fiscal performance, market
value, trading history, advisors and directors.
"We produced this report after seeing the demand for information about this
industry and the companies that make it run," said Sue Schneider,
CEO of River City Group. "The interactive gaming industry continues to show
tremendous growth, and many companies are viewing public floats as a means for
further product expansion and development. The industry is also undergoing a period
of consolidation, and many firms are using the proceeds of their initial public
offerings to fuel acquisitions of rivals. With this report we've sought to please
both investors and business development executives alike."
Besides the public company profiles, I-Gaming Public Offerings also includes an
introductory chapter that discusses the many particular issues that influence
the share price and performance of companies in the online gambling industry.
There is also a chapter devoted to ten companies that have recently indicated
a desire to launch an initial public offering on one for the world's stock exchanges.
River City has made an executive summary of the report available for download
on website http://www.rivercitygroup.com/Docs/ipo-060614-execsummary.pdf
in order to give interested individuals a preview of the report before
purchasing it.
