POKERBOK SHOWS 'EM HOW

22 year old Aussie takes home $803 274 in WSOP $2 000 buy-in No Limit Hold Em event.

Mark Vos, a 22-year old Australian online player who uses the handle PokerBok is fast earning respect as one of the world's top poker players, and he showed his class this week by becoming one of the youngest World Series of Poker bracelet winners in history.

Vos collected his first-ever WSOP bracelet in the $2,000 buy-in No-Limit Hold 'em tournament when his queen-ten made trip queens, eliminating second-place finisher Nam Le and his pocket sixes. Vos' performance earned him a $803 274 bonanza.

One of the newest professional poker players representing Full Tilt Poker.com, Vos was an amateur player on the online poker site before turning pro. Vos could often be found playing in the most expensive ring games and tournaments, regularly honing his skills against established professionals like Team Full Tilt members Phil Ivey, John Juanda, and Mike Matusow.

Vos' victory comes just three days after Full Tilt Poker's Rafe Furst earned his first WSOP bracelet for winning the $1,500 Pot-Limit Hold 'em tournament. With Vos' win, Full Tilt Poker's 43 professional players now own a total of 51 WSOP bracelets between them.

"Mark Vos is a young player with superstar potential," said fellow Full Tilt Poker pro Howard Lederer. "His online success is well documented, but what he has already accomplished in just a few live major tournaments is truly remarkable."

"It's awesome, it was my day. I got lucky when I needed it and I couldn't be happier" said Vos.

Vos and other expert players at Full Tilt Poker spend several hours a week online helping amateur players learn the game by sharing their poker knowledge through real-time chats at the virtual tables. Along with Vos, players of the calibre of Mortensen, Leonidas, Furst and 39 other top poker professionals play at the site, where they have helped to create a coaching culture for players who want to improve their games.

Full Tilt Poker software was developed by TiltWare LLC, a software development and licensing company based in Los Angeles, California and licensed to Kolyma Corporation, A.V.V. which is regulated and licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission in Canada.
