Futurebet skins in trouble again

With the PurePoker debacle barely forgotten, Futurebet was under the critical spotlight yet again this week after complaints on leading poker message boards such as 2+2 of slowpay from FB poker rooms on the Ongame network like Bayou, Carnival and Players Edge.

Many players have allegedly been waiting for 30+ days, with the old story of ignored emails and badly informed customer service.

Players have been advised to submit complaints with all the facts to the network direct or, failing a suitable solution, to eCOGRA to which Ongame is committed.

It is an unfortunate fact that this sort of questionable conduct by "skins" on a network reflects adversely on the network itself, and it is to be hoped that a reputable company like Ongame will conduct an investigation and act appropriately on its results.

Futurebet exec Ron Katz was invited to comment on these incidents, and has said that he would carry out an investigation and respond in due course.
