Beware Tropez - there could be deception (or is it inefficiency?) here

Bemused players were trying to decide whether Playtech powered Casino Tropez was being deliberately deceptive or simply dumb this week when they received an email promo titled "IS BLACKJACK YOUR GAME?"

The email meandered on about a great bonus, clearly associating it with blackjack play.

One player said: "The entire theme of this bonus is about playing blackjack; it has a picture of a dealer's hands dealing, so I figured that meant it was some special offer that allows Blackjack but when I messaged Support they told me blackjack's a restricted game, and the terms of Casino Tropez say that if you play any restricted game prior to meeting the wagering requirement they can choose to revoke your winnings."

Does this seem like a bait and switch, or was this a poorly constructed email offer?

That's what players are trying to work out, and as we went to press Casino Tropez had not responded to our enquiry.
