One portal's answer to the US ban
J. Todd, the webmaster at US online gambling portal APCW.org (the acronym stands for Association of Professional Casino Webmasters) has assembled a strong call to action for US players and webmasters in the industry at his site www.APCW.org/law
The webmaster has made a short 2 minute "call to action" video clip that sums up what's going on with proposed US anti-online gambling legislation, currently awaiting the President's signature into law, and how it will affect the rights and choices of US players. This video is designed to inform players of the manner in which this legislation was introduced by conservative politicians and its consequences.
The site also contains lists of useful contact numbers that players can use to contact influential politicians to protest the new proposal before it is signed off.
Todd has made the video available FOC to any webmaster who wishes to carry it on other sites for the information of players.
