CORPORATE IDENTITY CHANGE FOR GAMING CORPORATION
Owner of Gambling.com and Got2Bet is re-named
Justin Drummond's Gaming Corporation has changed its company title to better reflect its core business, and subject to shareholder approval will be known as Media Corporation plc.
Drummond said that the company generates its entire operating profit from portal and advertising subsidiaries and consequently the Board is proposing to change the name to Media Corporation plc.
The proposed name change is subject to an extraordinary general meeting which will be held in London on October 26.
