SKILL GAMES FOR WILL HILL
GameAccount signs up UK bookmaking giant
UK-based bookmaking giant William Hill has announced a deal with UK skill games provider and network operator GameAccount to supply skill game products to its online betting and gaming sites.
The dedicated William Hill Skill Game service will be powered by a fully integrated, browser-based solution available in seven languages and 11 currencies, a GameAccount statement reveals.
It will initially offer a core suite of multi-player blackjack, gin rummy and backgammon, supported by 'poker-style' tournament technology. William Hill will also be able to launch exclusively branded bespoke tournaments.
Peter Nolan, group director for interactive business at William Hill, said GameAccount had been chosen after "exhaustive research into this untapped market".
He added: "We are particularly excited about GameAccount's unique multi-player products, providing greater choice and quality entertainment to our customer base."
Kevin Dale, chief executive of GameAccount, said his company's single wallet service and products are proven to generate per-player value "comparable with and incremental to existing poker services".
GameAccount now has deals with a range of operators including Paddy Power, Victor Chandler and Sky Bet.
