BRISCOE APPOINTED C.I.O. AT DYNASTY

Specialist has worked with leading online gambling companies

Dynasty Gaming Inc. engaged Sean Briscoe as Chief Information Officer this week, adding the executive's more than 16 years of Information Systems experience to its management. The technical specialist has been involved in software development and engineering, transaction processing and project management for several companies, including Montreal-based Golden Palace and U.K.-headquartered Plastic Corporation.

Chief executive Albert Barbican, making the announcement said: "Sean's skill sets and expertise, particularly as they relate to the efficient and successful integration of online gaming technology, represent a critical resource for our company as we begin the roll-out of our live-play initiatives in China.

"His primary mandate will be to oversee the public test phase, commencing by mid-November, and subsequent successful launch of our Mahjong software on various play-for-points gaming sites in China."

Dynasty also announced changes in the composition of its board of directors. Joseph Lau, Managing Director of Hong Kong-based Guardian Partners Limited, has joined the board while Linda Lemieux, a director for the last two years, has resigned as a result of a career change.

Lau worked for nearly 20 years in Canada within the investment banking sector prior to his transfer to Hong Kong, where he now directs the strategic investment unit of SavillsGuardian, a part of the Savills Group PLC.

"We believe Mr. Lau's experience and expertise will enhance the strength of our board and also provide us with an extremely knowledgeable and highly respected presence in China, our major market," said Barbusci.

Dynasty Gaming Inc. has embarked on a two-phased strategy to secure a lead position in the Chinese market and within the international online gaming sector with its first-to-market software for an aggregate player, cash wager version of Mahjong, the world's most played game. Through its wholly owned subsidiaries, the company develops, markets, licenses and supports the Mahjong Mania software.
