NEW MOBILE DEAL FOR VWE

Wireless gambling content for major publisher


Mobile technology and solutions provider Vegas Wireless Entertainment (VWE) has signed a content distribution agreement with WirelessStudios. The non-exclusive licensing agreement with WirelesStudios Inc. is for the distribution of mobile content across its international network in a new deal that opens the way for VWE to distribute its games internationally.

WirelessStudios distributes directly to operators in Canada, Italy and the UK and has third part agreements in Europe and Asia. It is to launch two games initially including and blackjack under the "You're the King" brand.

"This agreement with long-standing partner WirelessStudios will allow VWE to leverage established operator channels in leading consumer markets, representing an effective and efficient means of growing revenues and market share. We are very excited about the possibilities of future agreements" said Paul Ramsay, CEO, VWE.

"VWE's ability to offer high quality stand-alone mobile casino games made the Play4Fun platform a natural choice for us." said Luke Kervin, Director of Business Development, WirelessStudios. "Their games are highly detailed, built with a great user Interface. We expect great receptivity from our target users internationally."

The agreement's financial terms were not disclosed.
