NEW DIRECTORS AT 32 RED
Trading and Finance executives appointed
London listed online casino, poker room and sportsbook group 32 Red plc has appointed Martin Saunders (46) and Jonathan Hale (34) to the board of directors as Trading Director and Group Finance Director respectively.
Saunders will take responsibility for online sportsbook trading both for the 32Red sportsbook and for UK bookmaker BetDirect for which he will undertake a review of pricing and liability management strategy. He has previously held directorships at Ladbrokes International Limited (Gibraltar)and Match-Ups Limited (Gibraltar)
The responsibilities of Group Finance Director were given to Jonathan Edward Hale on December 1, when he assumed these duties from predecessor Simon Dimmer who returned to the UK in October.
Hale was previously Chief Operating Officer, Finance Director, and Company Secretary of Alan Brazil Leisure plc, an operator of a horse racing club with hospitality and gaming, from March 2005 to November 2006. Prior to that he was Finance Director of the
Sports Café Group Ltd for 4 years from January 2001, overseeing significant growth in the group’s portfolio and its admission to AIM in December 2001.
He also co-founded AIM listed Property Internet plc in September 1999. He qualified as an ACA with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 1998.
