Abony invests a million in FunTech
Lorne Abony, the CEO of the Canadian skill gaming group FunTech is a man who demonstrates his confidence in his company in a most direct way - he's just invested a $1 million of his own money to purchase 460 000 shares!
The confidence appears to be justified - FunTech subsidiaries have kept up a constant stream of new contracts with leading companies, with the latest deal coming from Fanball, which has just signed a partnership agreement with The Golf Channel.
The agreement involves the supply of a range of online fantasy sports contests on the Fantasy Golf theme, which will be available on Golf Channel.com.
Through the partnership, the Golf Channel will provide a variety of games to involve both the avid and casual golf fan.
