NEW FINANCE DIRECTOR FOR L&G
Baird joins the board
The board of online gambling and leisure group Leisure & Gaming plc has appointed Michael George Baird a director of the company with responsibility for financial matters.
Baird (42 ) previously served as the company’s financial controller and is a qualified chartered accountant with extensive experience in the financial services and gaming industries. Coincidentally, Giles Willits, who has served as a non-executive director, will be stepping down.
L&G CEO Henry Birch said: “We are very pleased to appoint Michael as finance director and would like to thank Giles for his contribution as a non-executive director and wish him well for the future.”
The changes will take place with immediate effect.
