NEW MARKETING BOSS FOR MICROGAMING
ex-NETeller exec joins turnkey provider's management team
With their current troubles, NETeller could probably use the services of its experienced business development and marketing exec Bruce Elliott, but it's too late - he's joined the Microgaming management team as the vice president for sales and marketing!
The Isle of Man-based veteran turnkey provider and online gambling software developer announced the appointment this week, with Elliott taking over his responsibilities immediately. He joins Microgaming after four years with e-wallet NETeller, also Isle of Man based, where he helped grow the company from 75 to over 800 staff.
Elliott arrives during a period of sustained growth for Microgaming and at a time when it is increasing the tempo of its drive into new markets - both in Europe and Asia. In the last twelve months, Microgaming has added almost 20 new poker and casino sites to its stable of licensees and delivered on a promise to provide operators with the most aggressive games roll-out schedule in the industry.
Prior to NETeller, Elliott worked for GE Capital in sales and marketing. He also brings with him extensive PR and advertising experience together with a background in technology venture capital business.
