BODOG GOES SPANISH
Full-service Spanish support now available
Online gaming and entertainment group Bodog Entertainment has introduced new services for Latino consumers this week, including a full-service customer service line in Spanish and plans to have a fully-functioning Spanish-language gaming site soon.
Bodog Entertainment's CEO and President, Calvin Ayre said: "We are excited to expand our service to include in-language customer service to our Latino customers. We value their business, and I am sure that our world-renowned service will exceed each caller's expectations on every single call."
Bodog Entertainment's customer service call center has been based in Costa Rica for the past 10 years, and the firm says it is a natural progression to expand its call center service to Latino consumers in Spanish.
Customers will be greeted by a prompt at the beginning of the call that will allow the customer to continue in Spanish and speak to a representative. The call centre is operated under agreement with the Morris Mohawk Gaming Group who operate the Bodog brand in North America.
