SPENCER TAKES ANOTHER PROBABILITY BITE
Respected City investor buys a further 400 000 shares in mobile gambling technology firm
Hard on the heels of last week's GBP 1.7 million purchase by Michael Spencer of nearly 3.4 million shares in mobile technology company Probability comes news that the respected founder of ICAP and City Index has gone back for a second bite at the cherry.
The savvy City businessman has increased the holding of his IPCL company in Probability by a further 400 000 shares placed on the market by Probability non-executive director John Scaife.
Spencer now controls over 21 percent of the firm.
The bullish new report by Global Betting and Gaming Consultants on mobile gambling is currently receiving wide media coverage in the European business press, and reveals that revenue from gamblers placing bets through mobile phones has grown by 29 percent a year...a rate set to continue increasing for the foreseeable future.
