Financial expert is no stranger to Crypto
Dublin-based turnkey provider and gambling software developer Cryptologic has announced the appointment of a new member to its board of directors. Stephen Freedhoff is no stranger to the company, having previously been chairman of the audit committee.
Freedhoff is a chartered accountant and certified financial planner, who brings to CryptoLogic's top management more than 30 years' experience as a partner at one of Canada's largest accounting firms.
He assumes the independent director position previously held by Brian Hadfield, who was appointed president and CEO of CryptoLogic last week (see previous Online-Casinos.com/InfoPowa report).
