SURVEY ON AFFILIATE PREFERENCES
Income Access wants to understanding changing needs of online gambling affiliate marketers
The independent online gambling affiliate program Income Access is taking a closer look at the changing needs of affiliates as this sector of the industry evolves, and launched a survey site this week for affiliates to give their input.
The survey will collect information on affiliates and their preferences, creating an up-to-date assessment that will be available in executive summary form or on subscription for the full document.
"We've always been focused on building long-term relationships, and that requires having an understanding of your partners" said Nicky Senyard, CEO of Income Access. "As the market evolves, so do the needs of your partners. This survey is an extremely valuable exercise for both Income Access and affiliates. It will allow us to understand how affiliates are changing and what we can do to continue delivering the type of support they need to succeed."
Senyard said that the survey will guide future developments of its tracking software to better meet the needs of affiliates. The information gathered will also be used by Income Access' affiliate team of 15 strong to improve affiliate relationships.
Comprised of 25 questions, the Income Access survey launched yesterday (July 2nd 2008) and will run until the middle of the month. It will measure how affiliates market their portals, gather analytics, and keep up-to-date with best practices. The survey will address how affiliates interact with account managers and participate at conferences, and the degree to which they are interested in learning more about affiliate marketing.
