The World Poker Congress has announced the confirmed dates and list of speakers taking place from June 24th-25th at the Sheraton Hotel and Spa in Porto, Portugal. Panels and discussions on expanding poker markets, tournament rules, standards, rakes and bonuses will all be on the agenda.
This is the fourth year for the event and many participants have spoken highly of the networking opportunities the conference presents. The congress intent is to bring together business leaders from both online poker rooms and brick and mortar casinos. The World Poker Congress web site states, the gentleman will, "tackle the challenges of surviving and thriving in a poker market that is constantly evolving." Ryan has a great deal of experience negotiating the ever changing moods of the online poker market. Lipscomb has been an integral part of the success of the World Poker Tour, including the development of its subscription-based online poker room.
