PartyGaming has been put through the wringer in recent times but is still a leader in the online gambling industry.

Looking to make some in roads in other markets and beyond the successful PartyPoker brand, PartyGaming has made great strides after it's assets were shredded by the prohibition implemented in the USA. Now PartyGaming offers online casinos, bets, bingo, backgammon and more and is considered one of the world's leading listed online gaming companies. With a new deal with Channel Five in the UK PartyGaming will be able to launch an online bingo and casino service.

Chairperson and chief executive of Five, Dawn Airey, commented that the agreement is part of an "aggressive" expansion of the broadcaster's digital strategy. " Five is looking aggressively at how to expand its presence in digital media, both in terms of its core broadcast content as well as allied offerings that reflect the channel's unique sense of dynamism and fun," "We look forward to a long and prosperous partnership with PartyGaming, whose job it will be to create for Five's audience the very best gaming experience." Airey said.

Jim Ryan, Chief Executive Officer of PartyGaming, said, " this is a great opportunity to expand their business to business portfolio through Channel 5's over 30 million viewers and that PartyGaming will be looking to secure more B2B deals in the near future."

It also marks and important step forward for Five in their strategy to build their revenues from online products. This new PartyGaming venture will create some of the best in gaming entertainment available.

Channel 5 Broadcasting Ltd will launch the new online bingo and casino product and eGaming service in the second half of the year. The product will be branded and promoted by Channel 5 and operated by PartyGaming. The broadcaster has been building it's presence through services such as Demand Five, the video-on-demand service introduced last June, as well as FiveFWD, an portal that features content from The Gadget Show and Fifth Gear.
