WIRELESS BILL THROUGH NEVADA SENATE
Restricted use mobile gaming possible if this is signed into law
The Linux Electrons site reports that the Nevada Senate has approved Assembly
Bill No.471, which authorises the use of mobile communication devices for gaming
in public areas in Nevada casinos.
Nevada Governor Kenny C. Guinn has signed AB471.
The Bill authorises the Nevada Gaming Commission to continue with the appropriate
rule-making process.
