While one of the worlds largest poker rooms is feeling a little pressure in America from online gambling opponents and the US Treasury Annette "Annette_15" Obrestad has come on board as a pro just in time to round out the Full Tilt Poker demographic. Her timing and the Full Tilt's management team's choice of professionals is perfect with the highly publicised World Series of Poker being just a mere month away. This young lady has a knack of being in the right pace with the right cars she turned twenty one just after the last WSOP was concluded and is now of age to legally play in Las Vegas. Annette Obrestad was a prime candidate for the Full Tilt team and was in the running for sponsorship opportunities back in 2007 when she handily took the title at that years World Series of Poker Europe main event. For some unknown reason Obrestad decided to make a deal with another big operator Betfair. What it looks like is her three year agreement with Betfair has concluded and she is now available without any strings attached to pursue the WSOP main event this time round with Full Tilt at her side. Maturing into a Full Tilt poker player won't take long for this young but experienced professional. Her remarkable talent has paid off for her on many hands with equal luck and skill both online and in live tournaments. Obrestad has over $3 million in live poker winnings to her name, even though she just became legal in Las Vegas. Her WSOPE main event title in 2007 and her second place finish at the EPT Dublin are examples of how strong a player this woman is. Full Tilt poker will have Obrestad hosting the FTOPS XVI Main Event coming up, something a lot of her fans are looking forward to.
