Becoming one of the History Channels most regularly watched shows in the last decade. Pawn Stars has lodged itself into popular culture due to its cast of hilarious and witty jewelry dealers. With this rise in popularity, it has prompted many to want to visit the location of its filming. That would be the Gold and Silver Pawn Shop located on 713 Las Vegas Boulevard, which has become a well-known tourist attraction in Las Vegas. Although one of the main cast members Chumlee Russel was arrested back in 2016, this has failed to turn viewers off from the highly successful television show. The show revolves around the security team of a casino, although exaggerated to make better tv. Set in the fictional casino of Montecito. The majority of the show was shot in the popular casino resort Mandalay Bay; however, this did change in later seasons with the crew moving to the casino Luxor. The popular cast included Manager of nightlife Matthew Minichino, special events manager Sharon Meyers and fan-favorite Jake the security guard. Filmed at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas on 4455 Paradise Road. Although it was canceled in the 2010s due to multiple lawsuits against the production company, it still has a large cult following which still brings in many tourists for the hotel to this day.
