iSoftBet & Gamingtec Form Strategic Partnership

The merging of two companies is a major undertaking that usually results in a stronger and more productive firm. The recent announcement about the strategic partnership between the online gambling software developers Gamingtec and iSoftBet is no exception.

iSoftBet is an online and mobile casino games supplier certified in Italy, Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Alderney and the UK. The strategic partnership with Gamingtec will see an enhanced portfolio of casino games and more choice for consumers of online gambling entertainment.

Gamingtec also signed a partnership deal in September with Betsoft Gaming a producer of casino games with a collection of over 100 titles. The iSoftBet software company also signed a multi-year agreement recently with GVC Holdings to supply more than 40 HTML5 and Flash slot games from its portfolio.

iSoftBet will add its various HTML5 and Flash content to Gamingtec’s international regulated market. Gamingtec managing director Sapar Karyagdyyey commented on the arrangement with iSoftBet, “iSoftBet is a great partner to enhance Gamingtec’s product portfolio; high-quality games from iSoftBet will undoubtedly increase our appeal to the B2B market, as well as providing new revenue streams for existing clients,”

Michael Probert, head of business development at iSoftBet also commented on the strategic arrangement, “We have a vast portfolio of games certified for regulated markets including Spain, Denmark, UK and Italy, and this deal with Gamingtec will help us increase our player base further.”

The iSoftBet portfolio of slots and casino games is extensive and entertaining and with the addition of Gamingtec’s localised gaming software solutions will deliver online gambling success. The integration of the many services both Gamingtec and iSoftBet offer in the back office or in technical support among other real money online gambling solutions will be enhanced by the partnership.

Watching business to business arrangements develop in the international regulated online gambling market can only mean a safer product and more choice for punters everywhere.
