The globally renowned awards ceremonies hosted by SiGMA are coming to a luxury integrated resort in Manila this June. The Phil Asia Gaming Awards ceremony is due to be hosted out of the Okada Manila hotel, a venue that already is home to one of the finest casino establishments in the continent – in an epic culmination of the iGaming, land-based gambling, and innovative emerging technology – it is sure to be a night to behold.

So far the organizing committee have kept their cards very close to their chests, but through our diligent research, the application window permits up to 20 awards to be handed out on the night. With such a wide-scoping decoration of the industry, it is expected that some of the world’s largest operators will be present, as the event transcends awards and compliments the networking needs of all those in attendance.

Whilst the majority of the guests present will be representing the iGaming sector, industry representatives from blockchain startups, the .io space, and land-based gambling will be amongst the guests. To top it all off, the night will be hosted by none other than iGaming veteran and financial risk management and price automation consultant to some of the world’s largest sportsbook, Jon Tompson.

Attendees will be able to connect with over 10,000 passionate delegates, over 400 industry innovative exhibitors who will be displaying their latest range of products, and over 1000+ curious investors looking for a new opportunity. All of this will take place under one roof at the SMX Convention Centre in Manila.

Charitable Fundraiser for the SiGMA Foundation

There is a promise of lavish entertainment, which the 600 or so guests will be spoiled with, at one of the most scenic locations in the Philippines. A full sit-down dinner, the Awards ceremony itself, and an art auction to raise funds for the charity of the organization, the SiGMA Foundation.

With VIP attendees from across the world, representing all corners of the industry, the event is aiming to be one the most significant in shaping the creative and innovative direction of some of the industry’s key decision-makers. All of which will ultimately change the face of the iGaming sphere in both Europe and Asia.

The luxury setting on the Makati oceanfront will surely be a fitting location for the all-star industry lineup at this annual event. Just a short hop from the SMX Convention Center, the Okada Manila is the iconic integrated resort for the whole city. This hotel and casino multiplex has a huge footfall each year and will be hosting the event at a prime period in its calendar. Considering how popular and highly-regarded the annual SiGMA Europe event is, the newly birthed SiGMA Asia counterpart has a lot to live up to.

With the massive list of attendees from across several industries, it looks set to be an unmissable event. The organizers have promised greater synergy between the iGaming and technology sector, claiming that the deals made at the expo will exceed all the multi-million dollar collaborations done to date at the Malta expo held in 2019.
