Three Card Poker is a poker based table game that has recently been growing in popularity and can now be found in most online casinos.
Information About 3 Card Poker
3 Card Poker is a slight twist on regular poker, very similar to Caribbean Poker. In this poker variant both the player and the dealer get three cards. There are two bets: Pair Plus, in which the player bets if their hand will have a pair or better, and Ante, where the player competes with the dealers hand.

3 Card Poker Rules
- Initially the player must make and Ante and/or a Pairplus bet.
- After the initial bet has been placed the dealer gives each player three cards - the dealer also gives himself three cards.
- The player may examine his own poker cards. However the dealer's poker cards are dealt face down - not visible to the player.
- In the case where a player has made the Ante bet, the player must now either fold or raise.
- If the player chooses to fold his hand, then he forfeits his Ante wager.
- If the player chooses to rais, then he must make an additional Play bet - this Play bet has to be equal exactly to his Ante bet.
- Now the dealer will turn over his cards - for all to see his poker hand.
- The dealer needs a queen or better to qualify.
- If the dealer does not qualify then the player will win even money on the Ante bet and the Play bet will push.
- If the dealer qualifies, then the player's hand will be compared to the dealer's hand, the higher hand wins. The order of poker hands is indicated below.
- If the player has the higher poker hand then the Ante and Play will both pay even money.
- If the dealer has the higher poker hand then the Ante and Play will both lose.
- If the player and dealer tie then the Ante and Play bets will push.
- If the player made the Ante bet and has a straight or higher then the player will receive an Ante Bonus, regardless of the value of the dealer's hand.
- The Pairplus bet will pay based on the poker value of the player's hand
