Bwin Interactive Entertainment has again made a smart move as to where to put it's advertizing dollars. Recently acquiring sponsorship rights for the Real Madrid Football Team placed Bwin front and centre as one of the most recognized companies in Europe. Dorna Sports has announced that Viennese listed Bwin Interactive Entertainment will extend it's sponsorship of the MotoGP World Championship through 2010.

Dorna Sports, established in 1988 is an international Sports Management and marketing company. Headquartered in Madrid, with offices in Barcelona, London and Tokyo. Bridgepoint Capital is the main shareholder. MotoGP is the pinnacle of motorcycle racing and Dorna's star product. It is the oldest motorsport world championship in the world, with 59 years of history to its name, and the current premier class pits the world's best riders and manufacturers against each other.

Bwin's partnership with the premiere motorcycle racing tour, which was introduced in 2004, will see the Bwin corporate logo featured across all 17 circuits with banners on the track, the pit lane and at the starting line. Prominent Bwin branding is to be included on the podium, in the press conference areas and television interview backdrops.

Paul Serracanta, Managing Director for Dorna Sports, said, "During the years of our partnership, Bwin has proven to be a significant and reliable partner for MotoGP with lots of drive and innovation," adding, "No question, Bwin provides MotoGP with extra horsepower."

Andrea Gaudenzi, Head Of International Sports Marketing for Bwin, said, "As we remain fully committed to the MotoGP World Championship, it is only natural for us to renew our partnership with Dorna Sports," adding, "MotoGP broadcasting reaches hundreds of millions of viewers throughout Europe and the world. It has become one of the most exciting sports events out there and fits perfectly with the Bwin brand.'
