Formula One Racing Online Betting Factors

The sport of motor racing has the interest of thousands of people in the world of gambling as the glamorous International Formula One racing season kicks off this month in Australia. The FIA Formula One World Championship™is the top level racing platform that has the most money with technology being a determining factor in the racing format.

Betting on Formula One outcomes has been relatively lack luster with the makers of the racing machines dominating the interest for the last few years but this year the focus is on the drivers with serious changes evident in the lineup. Factors such as the return of Fernando Alonso to the McLaren team and and Sebastian Vettel’s move from Red Bull to the Ferrari camp. The questions being asked by speculators and gamblers alike are whether or not Vettel will gain a fifth championship or will his team mate Kimi Raikkonen bring home the win.

The Williams team is keeping Felipe Massa and Valtteri Bottas behind the wheel again maintaining a consistent effort against the Mercedes champion race driver Lewis Hamilton. The 2014 spectacular performer Daniel Ricciardo will be partnered with Daniil Kvyat at Red Bull and will the Scuderia Ferrari mainstay Vettel be beaten.

Max Verstappen and Carlos Sainz Junior add another fascinating dimension to the driver’s lineup. These new kids on the block are fast and will keep the heat on the track action. This year there will be twenty races for the second time in the history of Formula One with Mexico coming online with a race in Mexico City at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez.

The testing has been rigorous for all the teams sorting out the possible issues facing the mechanical and driver foibles. Betting on the season could be a challenge as the competition goes beyond chasing Hamilton and Rosberg around the circuit. The odds are on the Mercedes team which has the car design  compelling the rest of the pack to excel.
