Internet Wagering Star Partner Affiliate Program Approved By GPWA

The recent seal of approval from the Gambling Portal Webmasters Association is significant news for the affiliates of Star Partner. Having been notified of their suspension with GPWA back in September of 2010, executives at Star Partner and the Executive Director of GPWA, Michael Corfman, have worked behind the scenes to resolve some outstanding issues.

Now, that Star Partner has received the GPWA sponsorship, it signifies to affiliates that it meets the GPWA code of conduct. This now enables Star Partner to be among the other public and private members who are involved with Internet discussion forums. These discussions deal with in-depth news and advice about new industry developments, online gaming law, affiliate programs, payment processors, search engine optimization, and content theft.

The only professional organisation of its kind, the GPWA has over 10,000 private and public registered members. Its seal of approval is only awarded to gambling portal websites that meet certain GPWA standards. In order to be part of the GPWA each application undergoes an intensive analysis by a team of gaming advocates to ensure each sponsor operates their sites in an ethical fashion.

About their sponsorship with Star Partner, Michael Corfman said, “I view that Star Partner has clearly demonstrated through their actions that they genuinely care about their relationship with affiliates. That level of responsiveness says a lot to me".

Star Partner is all about building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships. After the good news, Antoinette Pillay spokesperson for Star Partner said, "It is with great respect towards our affiliates and sponsors that we have received the GPWA Seal of Approval. We admire the trust and loyalty people in the industry have provided us with. We will continue to entertain and bring satisfaction to all our affiliates and our newly respected sponsor GPWA".
