EGR Heralds Online Casino Game Developers at Awards Night

The EGR B2B Awards has this year handed out nearly 40 awards to online casino games providers and developers, in a ceremony at the Hurlingham Club, London.

Held annually, the EGR B2B Awards aim to recognize the best service providers in the iGaming industry, highlighting major achievements across various categories including software development, mobile innovations, payments, recruitment and networks.

Leading game developer, NetEnt, was nominated in 10 categories and took home the prize for Innovation in Mobile.

It is a great honour for us to be voted by the industry as the most innovative mobile supplier. This is reward for the hard work every person in our team has put in over the last year, and we will be determined to be even more successful at next year’s awards. Therese Hillman, CEO of NetEnt

Rival developer Play’n GO was also nominated in the Innovation in Mobile category, but instead picked up the award for Slot Provider of the Year. The company was also nominated in the Best Multi-Channel Supplier category.

Johan Törnqvist, Play’n GO CEO said: “It’s an honor to pick up such a sought-after award, especially with the level of competition in the category. As a company, we work hard to put out the finest, most entertaining offering to our partners in the market, and winning this award is a testament to that. We have consistently been recognized in the industry for the innovative products we release and it’s our job not to rest on our laurels, but to continue innovating.”
